1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

SMS Consent Exception: We may share personal information for advertising purposes and as necessary to connect you with licensed insurance professionals, but SMS consent data and mobile numbers collected for text messaging purposes are not shared, sold, rented, or transferred to any third parties or affiliates for SMS messaging. Your phone number may be shared with licensed insurance agency partners to whom your inquiry is referred for the purpose of contacting you via voice call regarding health insurance coverage options. This sharing is limited to voice calls and does not extend to SMS messaging.

4A. TEXT MESSAGING CONSENT AND DATA USE

If you choose to provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages, you will be enrolled in the Rising Health Insurance SMS Program. Rising Health Insurance Agency FL LLC may collect and use your mobile phone number and related communication data for the purpose of responding to your health insurance inquiry.

Text messages are sent only by Rising Health Insurance. No third parties, affiliates, or partners send SMS messages using transferred consent.

SMS messages authorized through opt-in are for customer care only and are not used for marketing, promotions, or cross-selling.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Consent and Opt-In

Consent to receive text messages is collected through an optional SMS consent checkbox on our website contact form. SMS consent is not required to submit a request or to receive services. By opting in, you authorize us to send non-promotional text messages to the mobile phone number you provide.

Purpose of Text Messages

If you opt in, we may send SMS messages related to your inquiry, including follow-up questions, responses to submitted information, scheduling or appointment links, reminders, and other customer service-related communications. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

No Sale or Transfer of SMS Consent

  • SMS consent and mobile numbers are not sold, rented, shared, or transferred to third parties for SMS messaging.
  • Only Rising Health Insurance sends SMS messages — no third parties, affiliates, or partners use transferred consent.

We may share your mobile phone number and SMS consent with third-party service providers that assist us in delivering text messages on our behalf. These providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide SMS delivery services and are contractually prohibited from using or disclosing your information for any other purpose.

SMS consent status (whether you opted in or out) may also be shared with our lead management and CRM service providers solely for record-keeping and to ensure compliance with your communication preferences. These providers do not send SMS messages using your consent.

Use and Protection of Mobile Information

Your mobile phone number and SMS consent are used solely to provide the text messaging communications you have opted to receive. We do not use SMS consent for unrelated purposes, and we do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this consent.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP from your mobile device. For help or questions about text messaging, reply HELP or contact us at contact@risinghealthinsurance.com. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. You may continue to receive calls or emails related to your inquiry, as permitted by law.

State-Specific Rights

Certain states may have additional requirements regarding text messaging consent and opt-out rights. We honor all opt-out requests in compliance with applicable state and federal law, including any extended opt-out honoring periods required by state regulation. 10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. 11. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short: Yes, if you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information.
